"I stayed 2 night. My travel was interrupted by a serious injury that my wife suffered. I needed a place stay, and I knew nothing about the hospital neighbourhood. I found this hotel inline, and I booked primarily based on walking distance and some guest reviews. This is a small-budget hotel with basic amenities. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There isn’t much in the way of entertainment or dining in the area, but there is a gem of a bistro just around the corner."

"Was not near downtown Florence, so would not suit someone wanting to be near the main attractions, museums etc. but neighborhood was safe and walkable with great gelato and dining options within short walk. We even were able to walk to the train station 35 ish minutes away with luggage for our departure. Property would not suit someone who could not do stairs. "

"Alessandra and her father were very accommodating. The property was in good condition. A lack of a working elevator was an issue as it was on the top floor of a building. They said it was being installed, so maybe in the future it will be better. I liked how close it was to a fitness center and the train station. Definitely take the breakfast down at a cafe instead of the one offered on site. They give you a voucher for it. The fresh food is much better. An issue we had to deal with was the...

"I booked a room with private bath, but, when arrived had to insist on it as they had me in without one. Took much longer to get to any of sights than listed on line. Traffic noise so loud at night I couldn't sleep. I went next door for coffee and bakery goods, instead of coffee from machine and commercially packaged items served. Staff was helpful."

They have Laundry, Restaurant, Supermarkets (normal price). "Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "

"Loved this hotel. We stayed here our last night in Florence before going home. Wish we could have stayed for more days. Very nice staff, they held our bags for us until it was time to check in. When we came back from Pisa, our bags were in our room. I would definitely stay again. "
