When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. It was very hot for a couple days and then a little more managable the rest of the week but I had to keep the balcony door open the entire time (Febuary) just to keep the room at a manageable temp. "Check-in automate was broken, nobody on site. Had to work with staff by phone to even get room keys including rebooting the check-in automate. In the aftermath I ended up getting charged twice for the stay because of this and hotel refused to reimburse, claiming that it is just a hold while it is clearly a double booking. Worst experience. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place. Hotel provides ear plugs as it is so loud from traffic that sleeping without is impossible."
