"Our stay at the Ruby Mimi was wonderful! The absolute best thing: the hotel perfectly located to access all trains, trams and buses. The staff was also incredibly helpful, particularly Irene who answered any questions we had and was a great help as first timers visiting Zurich! We will definitely come back next time we are in town "

"Lovely location and gorgeous room - a thoughtful welcome for us in our hotel room for our honeymoon! Decor of the hotel is beautiful and worth it if you are looking for a luxury hotel. The view from our room was fantastic! (lake view room). A slight improvement could be on the included breakfast - while the variety of food was good, the hot food should ideally be kept warmer than it was. It didn't bother us too much, but for any guests that like their food hot, I'm sure if asked the staff would be willing to accommodate. Other than that, it was perfection! Thank you"

"Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to the train station. Provided umbrella for rainy days. We had a big dog and they were very accommodating. Staff were friendly. Rooms have lots of storage. Bed was comfortable. TV was big. The room felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room. Clean and cozy. Hotel is very beautiful in a quiet neighborhood next to a few restaurants and supermarketa. "
