"We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park. "

"It wasn't possible to have some ice cubes. They were saying they didn't have any? That's the first hotel i have been to, where they don't (won't) give me ice cubes. In that case they should put the free water in the fridge instead of putting it on the table so it gets varm. Last thing was the juice at breakfast. It seams that the first juice in the morning are from the day before (99% sure) i think it's because there is a automatically juice refill machine. So they don't empty the bottles and...

"The entrance on the street is unprepossessing, but our room inside was excellent--clean and spacious, with an updated bathroom, plenty of outlets, a desk and a table with chairs, a sofa in a separate area so one person can read without bothering a partner sleeping, and two big windows. When we opened a window, we could hear the creek chuckling softly below. And in the mornings, Frau Winter provided a great breakfast buffet with something for everyone. "In großen und ganzen passt es schon. Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Abwechslung gebracht! Frische Brötchen und mal etwas anderen Belag würde den Frühstück gut tut. Auch die Zimmer könnten mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen!"
