The only detail that can be easyly improve is to give a complimentary bottle of water in the room. There is nor coffee machine or kettle so at least a bottle of water would be welcome. "We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. "The area is beautiful and the city centre is easy to reach. The service and staff are great, always willing to help. We return every year, always opt for a room with breakfast, which is delicious. It’s a great place for families, child friendly with playground on site. Overall good, but the cleaning / room service could be better. I actually approached a cleaner asking to clean the room again. I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning."
