It's approximately 90 minutes' drive from Cape Town and in the opposite direction of the Garden Route, which is the route most travelers tend to follow. "We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!"

"The standard of accommodation was excellent and everything was done so tastefully. The property and room was a dream and only wish we had longer than 2 nights. The food was superb and being located on a wine estate with beautiful walks and nature was an amazing experience. We will definitely return and a massive thank you to the staff and manageress for making our stay so incredible. Everything was just perfect."

"On arrival I was told that there had been problem with my credit card when I booked so I will have to pay cash!!! This was news to me???!!! The paper work that was presented to me by the manager showed a credit card number on that was not mine! Luckily I have my banking app and hotels.com app on my phone, I showed him my credit card statement showing that the payment went through to hotels.com on 10th November and I showed him my booking on the hotels.com app showing that I had paid in full.
