"My friend with her girls and mother stayed with me here and we used it for our home base for a week long stay for the Bluegrass Jam Camp and festival in Richmond. It worked so well for us! Because it's over a bar/restaurant the kids could be as loud and jump around as much as they wanted! The unit is well stocked, and when we ran out of towels and TP Pat the property manager washed them all and brought them back quickly. He had the door unlocked and AC on when I arrived, and Gloria helped me...
