The property manager was amazing in making sure this little problem was fixed right away. "The house was perfect for my family. It was very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. The pool and outdoor space is nice and relaxing after a long hike at Providence Canyon State Park, which is only 10 minutes away. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim, but the fenced yard provides plenty of privacy to enjoy the outdoor sitting area. Please make note to bring food or plan accordingly should you stay here. There's not many choices for dining since this area is a smaller community....

"Stayed here while my son had a pass from army base. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. House looked liked the pictures, it was clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest adding a love seat or chair to the living room, not enough seats for a movie night with family and maybe new pots and pans. The ones they have, food sticks but it wasnt a huge issue. We made it work."

"We stayed here for a turning green ceremony in November. The house was just as described and perfect for the 7 of us. Everyone had their own space and the common areas downstairs were perfect. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything you could need. There are no downsides of renting this house so close to base. The areas surrounding the neighborhood are not the best but you feel safe once in the subdivision where the house is located. It’s a quiet area, just what a soldier coming...

House was very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. Host was very nice whenever we called to report minor concerns. Only 2 disappointments. 1) Water lines were mixed up. Scalding hot water used for washer and could not be adjusted even when selecting cold wash. As a result the laundry room became a sauna. No hot water in Master shower so...
