"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might...

"My family and I loved our stay at Breezy Acres Farm! Our apartment was very clean, full size clean kitchen, and comfortable beds. Mike, the owner was available to answer questions and show us the farm. It was about a 10minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park where our Grandson was playing. We enjoyed everything at the farm especially the cleanliness. I highly recommend staying here. "

"My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. "Our family stayed at the beautiful Pottery House while our son played in the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The Park was a short (with beautiful scenery) drive 13 minutes away which made it convenient to come and go as we needed with the hectic schedule of the games. Downtown Cooperstown was a short 7 minute drive away as well. It was clean and came equipped with absolutely everything you could want for an extended stay. "We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly."
