Holiday House - Three bedrooms apartment with panoramic view

The apartment is located in a villa with four units, being on the first floor you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view. It has two well furnished bedrooms, plus there is a small attic to be used in case of an additional single bed. Living room with flat screen TV - equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi connection. Veranda with sun awning. For your staying we provide: bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils and toiletries. There is a big courtyard where you can park your car or let play your pets. You will meet our friendly and well-behaved dog that lives free in the garden (if you have any special request, contact us directly). You can use the bbq area, the wood fired oven and the outdoor furniture. The area is completely fenced and accessible by electric gate. The nearest beach, Santa Maria di Ricadi is about 350 meters from the accommodation, which can also be reached by foot (downhill / climb walk). Sensational walks await you, with their seas breeze and amazing panoramas. Also, the accommodation is about 12 Km from Tropea which is which is a must tourist destination.

Abbiamo ( 3 persone ) scelto questa soluzione per due settimane: all'arrivo, ci siamo trovati davanti ad una villa, con un piacevole vialetto dove poter lasciare l'auto. Ci è stato affidata una porzione / appartamento sul retro, posto ad un livello semi interato. La prima settimana è stata estremamente piacevole,, in quanto eravamo soli nella villa; sulla seconda settimana invece è meglio stendere un velo pietoso: tutti gli "appartamenti" si son riempiti e ci siamo subito resi conto di quanto fossero sottili i muri e quanto piacesse ai nostri "vicini", del piano di sopra, utilizzare tacchi e zoccoli in piena notte, in casa. Considerate, nello scegliere questo luogo che sì il mare è a 300metri ma la discesa, e poi la salita per il ritorno, sarà una bella impresa... e, dato che "giù" non c'è parcheggio, non c'è altro modo di raggiungere il mare se non affrontando questa discesa/salita. Nota lieta la proprietaria: sempre gentile e disponibile.

L'appartamento corrisponde assolutamente alla descrizione dell'annuncio; è confortevole, pulito e ben attrezzato. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili! Il paesino ha una bellissima spiaggia (il mare è assolutamente da consigliare), inoltre è in un punto strategico che permette di raggiungere in pochi chilometri località affascinanti (Tropea, Capo Vaticano)!

"Appartement très agréable avec vue sur mer et le Stromboli. Terrasse très sympa. Proximité de magnifiques plages mais nécessité d'avoir un véhicule. Absence de four. Lave-linge et barbecue collectifs. La voie ferrée située juste derrière l'appartement ne constitue pas une grosse gêne. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir (2 adultes + enfants de 5, 8 et 10 ans)."
