O hotel tem boa estrutura. Precisa melhorar alguns pontos , checkom estava cheio e somente 1 atendente. Eu grávida, tive que esperar cerca de 15 min . Ficamos com meu cachorro 30 dias atrás sem nenhum problema e desta vez a atendente não queria receber . Então precisa de um padrão de atendimento . Cobram 6 reais para emprestar garfo e faca do hotel e ainda são descartáveis. Sem sentido nenhum. O hotel tem restaurante, quem vai levar um garfo e faca pra casa? E se é pra cobrar, que não seja descartável

O chuveiro muito bom, toalhas muito boas e a limpeza boa. Travesseiros muito altos e firmes, colchão confortável, ar condicionado demorou muuuito para refrigerar o quarto. Quarto e banheiro muito escuros, mas depois o olho acostuma.
