"It was excellent to look out into the backyard with the castle of Carcassonne above. The home is very well maintained. There isn't a clothes washer/dryer, but the laundromat is efficient and only a short walk from the place."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this house it is very well equipped and very close to la Cité. Perfectly located for visiting and strolls by the river Aude. (Plenty of games and good WiFi kept teenagers happy when indoors)"

"Loved this place . Pool was needed as it was very hot during our stay. Perfect location for exploring the area. Lots of walks and a short drive to the beach . Brilliant to also have a bar/restaurant within walking distance too ."

"We had a superb stay in this extraordinary house. It fitted 13 people with room to spare and was nicely furnished. We liked the backyard a lot and we all hung out there and relaxed. We went on several excursions and visited vineyards. We also dined at the local restaurants. It is a very small and quiet town. We enjoyed our stay very much. Regards, Sigrunn"

Lagrasse was lovely too Toulouse on the train for a day trip was very cheap and delightful. So nice to stay in someone’s house - thanks very much for the welcome"

"Excellent communication from owner from time of booking Good value property, within quiet location, within walking distance of both the new and old parts of town, plenty of lovely restaurants and bars Spotless with everything needed for our stay in Carcassonne, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer and a fully fitted small kitchen, 2 Smart TV’s. The roof terrace was an added bonus with a couple of loungers and large parasol for shade. We would recommend Thank you for a lovely stay"
