"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"This hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The property itself is wonderful. The staff is the very best; friendly and helpful. The location simply can’t be beat. Free parking very near to the hotel. Breakfast is outstanding. Many restaurants nearby. Do yourself a favor, if you are in Plovdiv, stay at this hotel!"

"The staff was great the food was yummy the location was out of this world. We loved the place so much we booked another night! It is located in a valley with a beautiful mountain stream where the mountains on either side of you shoot right up to the sky! A truly magical place."

"Excellent breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free products available at breakfast. Large room with a large bathroom. Food at restaurant is clearly labelled with allergens. We ate atthe restaurant three times. Food was always good and well presented using fine ingredients. The whisky room ambiance was very cosy with a large wood fireplace heating the room. "
