"Lovely, old property in the heart of Rhodes making it so easy to see the city. Our room was on the small side but had the benefit of a small lounge/kitchen area downstairs shared with just 2 other rooms. The room could do with some updates as the wardrobe was broken and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. However, those shortcomings were more than made up for by the friendly and welcoming staff. "Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was immaculate and luxurious and could not ask for a better position minutes from the old town. Room fabulous but no daily bottle of water which we would expect from a 5* hotel. Minor disappointment was the lack of sun beds which meant we could not use the pool only once so went to the beach most days. Breakfast ran out of items and orange juice for the first few days of our stay but overall the hotel is beautiful with the perfect location."

"We were very pleased with our stay and the entire staff was amazing as was the communication, making very easy to find our way there! That alone is worth 5 stars!. However, I was surprised that the breakfast was not a "Full Breakfast" as stated in the property description....It was truly a continental breakfast. Boiled eggs, no eggs cooked to order or anything hot...not evrn a toaster with bread....Maybe this has changed recently because many of the reviews (which caused me to book) raved about...
