"The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. Close to Rhodes old town if you wanted to venture and also not a far transfer from the airport. Lovely entertainment on an evening. An extremely good all inclusive Hotel overall. "

"First time to rhodes and i was very impressed. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern, tradional style bedroom (i think) but very spacious, very comfortable bed. Every single staff member was happy, always smiling and very helpful. All the food was amazing, great decent drinks and a huge choice of cocktails. I absolutely could not fault one thing. Great sea view room. Walking distance to new town where theres lots of bars, restaurants and shops. And not really much further to old town. If you don't mind maybe 20 mins walk. "We had a fantastic stay at Elissa. We visited in October, so the hotel was lovely and quiet, perfect for our couples holiday. The private beach was beautiful - we spent lots of time there! Breakfast was delicious. Our room and the entire hotel grounds were clean and well maintained. "

"We were very pleased with our stay and the entire staff was amazing as was the communication, making very easy to find our way there! That alone is worth 5 stars!. However, I was surprised that the breakfast was not a "Full Breakfast" as stated in the property description....It was truly a continental breakfast. Boiled eggs, no eggs cooked to order or anything hot...not evrn a toaster with bread....Maybe this has changed recently because many of the reviews (which caused me to book) raved about the incredible breakfast.....and I think its important for other potential guests to know the reality. Other than that, excellent stay! "

"The property is a little tired e.g. cracked glass in the balcony door but it is clean. The photos of the pool are a little deceptive, it is a pool but hardly a swimming pool. The hotel ad on Expedia says ‘Sun & fun on the beach’ & has photos of sunbeds on the beach. Whilst the hotel is only 3 minutes walk to the beach the Petit Palais does not offer sunbeds on the beach. The ad also states that ‘active travellers can enjoy amenities, such as fitness classes’ but there were no fitness classes .. until we pushed & we’re told we could join yoga at the Grand. Anyway, enough of the negativity. The Petit Palais has a really lovely feel about it, it’s not so big that it’s impersonal. The dining was really good, with plenty of choice, & it’s great that you can pay small additional amounts to enjoy nice wines. Most of the staff were great but we want to say a very special thank you to Nikos who went out of his way to ensure we had a great holiday. And also a mention to Dimitris at the Grand who was just altogether lovely. Would we return? Most certainly yes if the package included access to sun beds on the beach. "
