TEO pool VILLA-1 is located near Afandou beach, between Rhodes and Lindos. Ideally positioned to explore the entire island, Afandou village can be reached within a 15 minute walk, and Rhodes Town and Lindos are a 25 minute drive away. Kolymbia at the south and Faliraki at the north are only 5-8 minute drive away.
Both bed rooms upstairs have excellent view to outside garden , beach and golf course.

Villa holiday in Rhodes
Really good well equipped, spacious villa. The owner Teo was very helpful, communicating regularly before departure, and providing information when we arrived. It’s a good location to explore the Rhodes town area, and it was great to have a quiet local beach that was easy to walk to. Lovely holiday- Thank you

Alles Bestens außer dass das Haus in dieser trockenen Jahreszeit in einer braunen, trostlosen Umgebung liegt und man bei der Ankunft erstmal erschreckt ... Wir kommen trotzdem wieder !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to be
We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to see this place again. Teo and his wife were very kind and gave us a lot of good advices (sightseeing, car rental and restaurants). Our son (2 years) had a children´s bed and even a chirdren´s chair . Thank you very much for the great hospitality!

Wir waren 12 Tage in Vila Teo Nr. 1. Ein Rundum toller Urlaub in einer Super Unterkunft. Als Ausgangspunkt ist Afandou perfekt. Alles ist mit dem Mietwagen schnell erreichbar (Mietwagen absolut empfehlenswert). Supermarkt mit dem Auto 3 Minuten. Wir wurden von Costa super empfangen und es wurde uns alles in Ruhe erklärt. Bei der Villa war alle wie in der Beschreibung. Nur das zweite Bad ist eine zweite Toilette mit Dusche. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine funktioniert tip top. Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend vorhanden. Dazu viele Schränke und Schubladen im Badezimmer und in den Schlafzimmern um seine Sachen ordentlich zu verstauen. Pool und Gartenbereich sauber und mit genügend Liegen und Sitzplätzen. Natürlich gibt es an und im Haus die eine oder andere Macke aber das ist ja normal. Wir waren echt happy hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hausstrand - zu Fuß 10 Minuten mit dem Auto 3 Minuten - ist eine Mischung aus Sand und Kiesel. Badeschuhe empfehlenswert. Man kann Liegen mieten mit Schirm oder sich mit dem Handtuch hinlegen. Früh aufstehen und den Sonnenaufgang am Strand genießen lohnt sich.

Great location and place
The house is perfectly located, at walking distance from the golf and the beach. It is so quiet and the pool so refreshing. Tenants are very kind and friendly. I warmly recommend it.

Toller Vermieter
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Vermieter hat uns gute und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Er war sehr hilfreich in vielen Sachen und man konnte ihn jederzeit ansprechen. Die Villa ist zwar etwas abgelegen ( Auto auf jeden Fall erforderlich) aber zum tollen Strand waren es knapp 400 Meter. Das Wasser an dem Strand ist Kristallklar und an einigen Stellen gibt es eine Strandbar mit Sonnenliegen und Schirme. Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub und ich denke wir sind nächstes Jahr wieder dabei.
