"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean simple place in a small town suburb of Milan with easy access to public transport. Parking is on a second property about a block away that they have to show you where it's at. Only complaint is the wifi didn't work in the room and the water quality was sketchy. I wouldn't drink the water."

Instead of getting the room we had booked and paid for, the hotel provided us with a different room at another location of theirs, a bedroom in a shared apartment at the top floor of a dingy-looking apartment building with no elevator.
