"We arrived on Sunday after Reception had closed, which was surprising considering it was just after 5:00pm. Had we known, it might have been OK, but trying to figure out how to check in was not easy. I found a phone number in our booking confirmation, but the woman who answered didn't speak English. She was able to patch in a man who translated, but that wasn't straightforward considering he didn't seem to know the hotel.
