"A nice little place with a decent breakfast. The shower, like all we found in Iceland, was small. The breakfast is up a, flight of steps (not a problem for us, just an FYI) this place worked well as a base for exploration. "

"No tv or radio in the room, tv is in the main/common area. Not much to do around town during winter. Our key lock box froze, but staff onsite were able to assist. The room was quite cold even with the heating on. The beds weren't very comfortable so we ended up leaving alot earlier than we had planned. The shower was nice, and tea and coffee provided was nice. "This is a very comfortable, spacious home. Very quiet. Everything you might need is here. It is, however, quite remote, 30 minutes on an unpaved road and 63km from the closest grocery store. I would recommend it as a good place to get away and relax, rather than a place which is convenient to sights. The owner is very responsive to questions, she was great."
