"Good communication, was a great place for our family to stay as we explored Disney and Universal. This was our first time staying offsite from Disney and was a great location under 1/2 hour to all the parks. Do yourself a favor if staying here, go to the Eleven restaurant one night which is at the Reunion resort (11th floor) and 1/2 mile away. This place has a rooftop view of all the fireworks at Disney- DJ on Fridays and live music on Saturdays. We did this our final night and had awesome...

"The house was beautiful and fit my family of 10 perfect. The kids loved the pool and game room. The only down side was not enough towels and wash rags for everyone so we had to bring some from home and the king sz beds were not very soft. "

"The property was good overall . However we have a few suggestions- the water is extremely hard and smelly. It also took a long time for the water to get warm. You should have a circulating pump to get the water warm in all of the bathrooms. You also need a water softener. More than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom would be nice as well. If youre going to advertise for 18 people you need ro provide more toilet paper.. Please also provide more than 2 garbage bags and more then one...

"This house was perfect for a group of 12 friends There was a large dining table with a wonderfully large and comfortable couch for us all to gather throughout the day. The outdoor space was perfect for a large group as well. We had a few minor maintenance issues but management responded promptly and solved the issues. Much better than the pictures!"

"I ordered pool heat months in advance but we weren’t able to use it until the 2nd day. Some rooms were missing remotes so the TVs were not functional. Even after informing Joel, there was no communication or assistance. WiFi shut off after 11 pm for the first 3 days, so we were not able to enjoy entertainment from the TVs."
