"The hotel is well placed near the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless and beds very comfortable. Good choice of food at breakfast….only gripe was that the cooked food was cold by the time we sat down, as it was served on cold plates. "The hotel room was pleasantly large so we had lots of space. The only negative is in our room the bathroom had a window that overlooks the main bedroom space. So when a person takes a shower, anyone in the bedroom can see everything despite the frosted glass. This is an issue if a family is staying there with grown children."
