The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. "This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "
