"Very good and professional staff"

"The hotel building has history all to itself, and right next-door to the military museum. There are some vagrants around the park, which is pretty much standard anywhere in the world. I’ll be back in Buenos Aires next week and I will be staying at this hotel again. Very good value for the price paid. The front desk staff of Luca, Anabella and Martina are are bi/multi-lingual, were friendly and always helpful. Luca saved me a big problem by thinking ahead for me and checking on a reservation for a ride to a restaurant show. If he had not done that I would’ve been late for my event. It has a good breakfast and the restaurant staff keeps everything very clean and quickly clears tables. It is the exact same offerings every day, which was my only negative as I was there for five days. But there are plenty of coffee shops, and restaurants within just a few blocks if desired. Towels and sheets were spotless and bright white, a bed that was comfortable and the room was very clean."

"The room (a studio) was in excellent condition and it was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is wonderful. My only concerns are: 1) The breakfast buffet needs to have more vegan options. We live in a globalized world where people have all sorts of dietary requirements and veganism is quite prevalent. 2) The system in the spa could be better. Most spas welcome people, lead them to a changing room where they can get in a robe and then they are led to their treatment room. Here, they expect you to come all ready for a treatment and provide no towels or robes unless requested. In my opinion this should be a given. Other than this, I highly recommend this property. "

"The stay at your facility was very pleasant and comfortable, your services was convenient and efficient. However I stayed at room 1038 and there was 3 inconveniences that I feel must be corrected to maintain your impeccable reputation. 1. Wind was whistling in through the window frame which was very noisy at night during high winds. 2. Construction work was very noisy. 3. A shower door or curtain needs to be installed for comfortable worry free use of the shower."

"We arrived early before the usual check in time due to our flight. However, the hotel staff was very accommodating. They had a room ready for us and let us check in earlier, which we really appreciate. After long flights and transferring, we were exhausted and we are very thankful that we were allowed in when we arrived. "
