"The room (a studio) was in excellent condition and it was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is wonderful. My only concerns are: 1) The breakfast buffet needs to have more vegan options. We live in a globalized world where people have all sorts of dietary requirements and veganism is quite prevalent. 2) The system in the spa could be better. Most spas welcome people, lead them to a changing room where they can get in a robe and then they are led to their treatment room. Here, they expect you to come all ready for a treatment and provide no towels or robes unless requested. In my opinion this should be a given. Other than this, I highly recommend this property. "

"The stay at your facility was very pleasant and comfortable, your services was convenient and efficient. However I stayed at room 1038 and there was 3 inconveniences that I feel must be corrected to maintain your impeccable reputation. 1. Wind was whistling in through the window frame which was very noisy at night during high winds. 2. Construction work was very noisy. 3. A shower door or curtain needs to be installed for comfortable worry free use of the shower."

"We arrived early before the usual check in time due to our flight. However, the hotel staff was very accommodating. They had a room ready for us and let us check in earlier, which we really appreciate. After long flights and transferring, we were exhausted and we are very thankful that we were allowed in when we arrived. "

"Very good and welcoming staff. Room amenities were excellent value for money. The “free” bottle of wine was nice and although it had been forgotten to be placed in the room. The letter in room confirming the gift of wine was a nice touch and the reception brought it very quickly. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors. "
