Overview
Villa Katia Faragi is located in Maroulas, Crete. This detached

large archway into the kitchen. Also on the ground is a double bedroom
with large family bathroom.
An internal staircase leads upstairs to 1 double bedroom and 1 twin
bedroom. Large bathroom. From both bedrooms are doors opening to a
beautiful sunny balcony with views over the pool and sea beyond.
A charming mini-golf course is available upon request exclusively for
our guests to enjoy at no extra cost.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio
doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxation.

The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxation. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being just a short drive from both Rethymno Beach and Platanes Beach made it easy to enjoy the stunning coastline. Would definitely return.

Spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The three bedrooms provided plenty of room for our group, and the air-conditioned living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and we loved dining al fresco by the private pool with a nice view of the sea.
