Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Palm Hill Villa offers the perfect sense of intimacy and space. Pull open the doors to hear the sounds of the countryside and let the sea breeze tickle your senses.

Two of the stimulating bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, the former featuring one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00), with comfy lounge sitting and direct access to the pool terrace. The bedroom also boats a luxury en suite bathroom with bathtub.

With elegant chic design, the latter bedroom of the ground floor boasts one single bed (1,10x2,00), with direct access to the terrace. Additionally, the bedrooms provides en suite bathroom, with a shower cabin. Each bedroom flaunts fine linens, promising a wonderful night’s sleep.

The remaining three bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor, with bespoke furniture and stimulating bedroom design. The master bedroom boasts a King Size bed (1,80x2,00), embellished with a walk-in closet, a TV and flaunting an exquisite sitting area. The bedroom offer direct access to a veranda with comfy sitting and amazing sea views. An en suite bathroom is also available, flaunting a bathtub, as well as a shower cabin. After a long day of exploration, a relaxing shower is a necessity and a pleasure to be reckoned with!

The second bedroom of the first floor, features a king bed (1,80x2,00), with direct access to a veranda with comfy sitting, boasting amazing sea views. An en suite bathroom is also available, flaunting a bathtub. The last bedroom features two double beds (1,40x2,00), flaunting en suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to a balcony with comfy sitting, boasting garden views.

The Villa boasts five bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests in real beds. One more guests can be accommodated in a folding beds, located in the first floor bedroom.

For your outmost convenience, a special designed room with gym equipment is available for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday...exercise daily using the two treadmills, weights, spinning bike, abs workout machine, TRX belt training stretching and vibration platform machine. Palm Hill Villa is wonderfully set within 4 acres outstanding natural beauty, with a 130m2 private swimming pool (the depth varies from 1,20 to 2,20 meters), embellished with a two seater whirlpool (not heated) for an added touch of lavish relaxation.

The spacious pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so as you could enjoy a comfortable gathering next to the pool. Fell free to relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (charcoal & gas) are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, you will will definitely gather the family for summer barbecues in the garden.

You will be welcomed by three exquisite designed outdoor lounge areas, so as to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish, while admiring the impeccable views. For your outmost convenience, there are also two spacious dining areas ideal for relaxed al fresco dinning and culinary moments. Embrace the elegance for celebrated dinning. The terrace with al fresco sitting overlooking the pool will allure you. Sit back and relax with a G&T in hand..

When you can pull yourself away, don your walking shoes and tread the coast paths, or hop in the car for adventures further afield.
