The villa offers a convenient location, as it is settled within just ten minutes away by car from the famous beach of Episkopi and any amenities one will need during their self-catered holiday.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Contemporary meets classic inside the lavish MariAndry Villa. Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces. The two bedrooms of the villa lightened up with natural light from the windows, are located on the ground floor, each of them boasting single beds (0,90x2) which are joined to form King Size beds. The first bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin. For your outmost convenience, one more shared bathroom is available right next to the second bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower cabin, with an overhead rainfall shower.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in real beds. Two more guests can be accommodated. One in a folding bed, located in the bedroom (with the en-suite bathroom) and one in the sofa bed of the living room area.
*The sofa bed can accommodate one adult or two small children.

Outside
The Villa is set in 14 acres of outstanding natural beauty, embellished with a private swimming pool. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and an umbrella, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (charcoal) , a wooden oven and gas hobs are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space and several choices for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area, while admiring the spectacular views and listening to the birdsong. An outdoor shower is also available for your utmost convenience.

For a touch of added relaxation, our guests will be welcomed by an outdoor five-seater heated Whirlpool, with internal lights & hydromassage facilities, which will invite you into a glamorous relaxation feeling while admiring the amazing views. Let the hydro massage revitalise you, taking all your worries away.

For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor shaded lawn covered playground (fenced) is available for our younger guests, featuring a play house, a swing, children furniture, a little plastic children’s pool, as well as several outdoor toys.

The owner of the Villa owns a friendly dog who may greet and accompany you upon your arrival.
