"The whole place smells like cigarettes, bathroom had what appeared to be black mold under the bathtub & there was hair on the floor from previous guests. All that being said the bed was really comfy & the area was close to all the fun restaurants but far enough away to be quiet"

"We had the most incredible week at the villa. The owner was so friendly and informative about the area and was on hand to sort any issues that we had during our stay. Not that we really had any! The village was an unexpected gem. Very peaceful location with two fantastic restaurants to go to, within a couple of minutes walk. The icing on the cake was when they came and cleaned the villa half way through the week. Changed the sheets, everything. Such great service. You need a car to stay in...

"Room #3....the crazy staircase room. Okay, but bathroom not fine. As noted by pretty much everyone there is no staff. Pictures of property were shot with insane lighting....it’s basically pretty dark and VERY modest. Location on Apple and Google maps is wrong. There are SO many different names for this place, but none of them are found on my map apps. There is no plaque/name on the front door. Allow an extra hour to communicate and await arrival of distracted and not really welcoming...

"Good hotel for staying at the beach without overspending. It's only a block walk to the water, and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. About 10 min drive to old town Rethymno, or I think 30+ min walk. The room is comfortable enough, though perhaps could use some design updates. Nice balcony attached to our room, and easy access to the pool. Filling breakfast buffet was included with the room. All in all, a great place to stay at Rethymno Beach area. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."
