Exclusive Villa Giannis is a luxurious maisonette of 90 m² located on a small traditional village, Agia Triada,12km away from the beautiful city of Rethymno.This luxury villa is a totally new construction of July 2016, with large verandas on both floors, which
Allows you to enjoy the sea and mountain view.
The villa is a maisonette, with a large living room on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room, while on second floor is the master bedroom with double bed, the bathroom and a second bedroom with two single beds.
The villa is air-conditioned, equipped with 3 satellite TV, internet access, towels e.t.c. It has also its own private swimming pool, BBQ and parking space.
All of the land area is planted with grass and flowers for recreation and sunbathing on the loungers.
The guests can enjoy a true vacation cherishing the tranquility of the scenery while they're close to all major attractions.
Exclusive villa Giannis built on a high spot of the village Agia Triada near Rethymno city.Villa offers breathtaking view of the sea and mountains.Set in an area of magnificent natural beauty.It offers real serenity and relaxation,away from all the noise and the traffic.
The whole property will be exclusively available to you.You will get full access of the villa,of the pool and all the facilities.
Linen and towels change once per week.
Agia Triada is strategically placed within nature on a small hill,very closed to the busy area of the touristic Rethymno.
Stores,supermarkets,shopping and a large number of restaurants and tavernas are located within a 5km radius.
The longest sandy beach of Rethymno is also very close!
In the area you can also visit the Monastery of Arkadi Rethymno,the farm Agreco and the Dam of the rivers.
Prior to your arrival, I will get in touch with you to arrange all details regarding your stay! Your flight details and telephone number would be very much appreciated, in case I need to contact you!
At your arrival day, I will be waiting for you, in order to welcome you and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the area! It goes without saying that I will be on the other end of the line if you need any further information or assistance during your stay!

Exelent sejour. VASO est un hôte exceptionnelle. Convialité. ,des attentions particulières que jz.n ao.eu nulle parr ailleur. La.maison tres propre route commodoté il ne manquait rien. Le top un séjour de rêve. Un merveileux PAYS,les grecs so.t chaleureux. Merci Vaso de nous avoir aiguillée sur des site zxeptionnelle. Tout les jours un petit coucou, nous demander comment on allait. Mille merci,au revoir je l espére.

Ça pourrait s appeler sunrise !
La maison a été vraiment parfaite pour nous 3 ( un enfant) . La piscine est suffisamment grande et entièrement privative. Plusieurs terrasses et un jardin très agréable. tout avec vue et orienté pleine Est ( levée de soleil magnifique pour les lève tôt). La propreté est irréprochable. On accède en voiture ( indispensable) par une forte pente. ca fait drôle mais en haut place de parking très large. Vaso nous a accueilli royalement et donne de très bon conseils. Ne manquez pas dans le restaurant Thavma à Maroulas un bonheur. Bon on gardera secretes les plages sauvages du sud vous en trouverez vous aussi !

Perfect accommodation for spending a relaxing vacation.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome.The pool and terraces are lovely and well cared.The view to the sea and mountains is wonderful.Inside and outside everything was in very good condition and clean.We had such a fantastic stay at villa Giannis. Thank you Vaso!!
