Villa Aria is a newly built stone and wood villa, completed in 2016, situated on a 2.5-acre plot in Asteri village, within the Municipality of Rethymno. Designed to accommodate up to 11 guests, Villa Aria offers five bedrooms. Three of these rooms feature double beds, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each contain two single beds. The fifth bedroom also includes a loft, providing additional accommodation for a third guest. Each bedroom has its own bathroom—one with a bathtub and the others with showers.
Villa Aria is thoughtfully designed to be accessible for wheelchair users. The villa, situated on a single level with the yard, ensures easy access for all guests. The bedroom with the loft and its adjoining bathroom are specifically tailored to accommodate the needs of handicapped visitors.
The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances and all necessary utensils. The living room, featuring a fireplace, creates a cozy atmosphere for winter holidays, warming both the living area and the kitchen.
