Villa Mary is a private holiday villa, located in the traditional Mediterranean village of Pigi, inside an enormous olive grove, offering beautiful sea and mountain views! The villa is divided into 3 independent floors and covers 300 sq. m. in total, situated in a plot of 3.000 sq. m. and it can accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms and up to 11 if necessary. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for families with children or groups of friends, as it boasts an impressive array of outdoor facilities as well and its within walking distance to the nearest shops and just a short drive away from the beach and Rethymno town. To make things even better, the owners also own a traditional tavern, just 40 meters from the villa, where you can have breakfast or lunch with special prices upon request.
Indoor layout
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area combining a dining area, a split-level living room featuring a 55" HDTV and a fireplace, as well as a fully equipped, open plan kitchen. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms. The master bedroom of the ground floor features one a double bed (1,60 x 2,00) and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The master bedroom offers a AC, a closet, a HDTV and a private balcony with pool views.
The second bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) which can be joined to create a double if necessary and an en-suite WC. This bedroom also offers AC, a closet, HDTV and a private balcony with garden views.
Finally, a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine can be found on the same level.
First Floor
From a separate entrance you can reach the first floor of the villa where you will find three bedrooms and a kitchen with small dining area. The kitchen offers access into a spacious 80 sq. m. veranda, equipped with seating and two dining areas and a barbecue, while offering wonderful sea and mountain views.
The first floor contains three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed (1,65 x 2,00) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom offers AC, a closet, HDTV and a private balcony with view of the pool area. The second bedroom features a double bed (1,50 x 2,00), AC, a closet and a balcony with nature views overlooking the pool. The third bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) which can be joined to create a double upon request, AC, a closet and HDTV. Its balcony doors have access to the large first floor balcony terrace. Finally there is one bathroom with a shower on the first floor.
Lower Floor
On the lower level with a separate entrance, guests can find the playroom area with 50" HDTV and a Playstation 4 console. A bathroom with a shower is also found on this floor, as well as a fitness area providing equipment for self-training (dumbbells, weight bars, TRX elastic bands, skipping rope, Pilates ball, kettlebells, medicine ball, stepper, and abs bench).
Outdoor area
Villa Mary is complemented by a huge outdoor area, providing unique facilities, which are the highlight of our villa. These facilities ensure that all of our guests can find a way to enjoy their day! More specifically the outdoor facilities include:

The Villa is located in Pigi village and its location gives you the advantage to reach all necessary daily amenities on foot. In the village one may find a few taverns, super market, bakery, butcher, traditional cafe, as well as a pharmacy. Additionally, a playground, basketball and football courts are available in the village, very close to the Villa. Furthermore, the picturesque old town just 10 minutes away by car or the bus.

**Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge," requiring a fee of EUR10 per night from March to October and EUR4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
