"The property checks off all the boxes of a high-end property. However, there were a few points of concern. We upgraded our room to find that the carpet had a huge red stain. The hotel staff was very apologetic and offered to comp one night of the upgrade charge. Although I appreciated the gesture, it was very minimal and at the very least, they should have given a full night refund seeing that we had to look at the stain for the full five days of our stay.
