"Exactly room and service "

"The property checks off all the boxes of a high-end property. However, there were a few points of concern. We upgraded our room to find that the carpet had a huge red stain. The hotel staff was very apologetic and offered to comp one night of the upgrade charge. Although I appreciated the gesture, it was very minimal and at the very least, they should have given a full night refund seeing that we had to look at the stain for the full five days of our stay. "Room was quite nice and comfortable and an excellent value for the price. Staff was friendly. Note that the only business within convenient walking distance was a Japanese steakhouse which, based on my visit, I don’t recommend. Other dining options available within a couple of miles."
