Enjoying the sun, sea and beach in Villa Jula!

Directly located near the beach and sea, you’ll find the modern holiday home Villa Jula, where you enjoy a lovely beach holiday. The beautiful environment is a perfect base for long hikes or cycling trips through nature.

This modern, detached house is stylishly decorated with a seating corner, adjacent dining area and fully-equipped, open kitchen. The large amount of light and glass make you feel like you are living outdoors. From the house you can easily access the garden. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom, bathroom with tub and a separate toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms, a separate bathroom and toilet.

You can enjoy the outdoor life and the sun on the roofed terrace in the garden. The lounge allows you to relax while reading a book and fully unwind. There are two parking spots present at the house. During your stay, you can use the facilities of Campsite Zonnedorp. For questions, we would like to refer you to the reception of the campsite.

In Villa Jula you’ll enjoy a lovely holiday with the whole family!

Der Urlaub war sehr schön und kurzweilig und der Strandort optimal. Das Haus war schön hell und gut ausgestattet. Einzig das "zweite Badezimmer", Badewanne im Schlafzimmer war eher semioptimal.

Schönes Haus mit Schwächen
Uns hat das Haus, die Lage und Strandnähe gut gefallen. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Leider funktionierte das Einlass-System nicht mit der Karte, so dass wir den Hausmeisterdienst bemühen mussten. Dieser hat es leider auch nicht behoben bekommen, aber wir haben einen 2. Schlüssel erhalten. Somit war das Problem auch erledigt. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war die Badewanne im Schlafzimmer. Es gab keinen Spritzschutz und keine Duschstange. Daher war das Abbrausen immer sehr umständlich. Dazu war dann noch das Minimini Waschbecken in einer kleinen Ecke. Waschen war hier gar nicht möglich, es reichte gerade mal zum Zähneputzen. Zudem gab es keine Ablagefläche oder Haken. Hier müsste dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Aufgrund dieser Tatsache würden wir das Haus nicht mehr mieten. Man muss noch erwähnen, das die Schlaf- und Badezimmer im OG sehr gut waren.

Strandnah, schick, supermodern und ruhig
Für uns (5 Personen) hat hier alles gepasst: Das Haus liegt in einer abgeschlossenen kleinen und neuen Anlage, in der man sich trotzdem nicht zu nahe kommt, direkt hinter den Dünen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung (Wohnzimmer mit TV und Mikro-HiFi Anlage, Küche mit allen Geräten, reichlich Geschirr und Zubehör und die Zimmer allgemein) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei der Ankunft war alles supersauber und gut vorbereitet. Jederzeit wieder zu empfehlen. Einzige Verbesserungspunkte: Wir hatten wohl überlesen, dass es nur eine Pad-Kaffeemaschine gibt und so ganz war die Badewanne IM unteren Schlafzimmer nicht unser Fall, aber dafür gibt es ja auch noch ein Duschbad und wir haben die Wanne nicht benutzt. Praktisch, wenn man mit Fahrrädern kommt: Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen überdachten Bereich, wo sich die Drahtesel gut abstellen lassen.

Familienurlaub
Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage, es ist schön Hell. Negantiv war, dass die Betten verdreckt waren, auch die Frischen Bezüge hatten Flecken, für Bettwäsche die man extra bezahlen musste ein absolutes No GO. Auch die Bäder waren überhaupt nicht sauber, Reste an der Toilette mussten wir entsorgen und auch Zahnpasta. EIgentlich sind wir nicht Pinibel, aber auch die Küche sollte sauberer sein. Der Service bei der Schlüsselabgabe war auch nicht toll, wir waren um 09:40 im Büro. Anscheind haben die Besitzer schon angerufen und fragten nach dem Schlüssel. EIgentlich hätten wir bis 10 Uhr im Haus bleiben können, fanden wir eine Frechheit.... Naja alles in einem, war es ok. Aber wir würden nicht mehr in dieses Haus bzw. diese gegend fahren. Da hat Holland schönere Ecken.
