"We really enjoyed our stays. Staff are all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable including the shuttle driver and the retail staff. The room, spa services, and onsen are my favorites. My husband enjoyed the free yoga classes and the gym. We both love the plum tea and the beef noodle soup at the bar areas. Will definitely come back and stay again!!! Thank you !!! "

This area of Taichung has a gritty feel, not as welcoming, friendly, safe and clean as other places in Taiwan. (So, maybe more like a large North American city that way?)
