for just $25 we did an hour long tour of the grounds, tried multiple wines and sparkling wines, and got some excellent history on Josef Chromy himself (and got to meet him too), the history of the old farm, and a wonderful tour guide to guide us through.

"Two great nights at Topiary Haven (should be “Heaven”) was the best possible way to start our Tasmanian holiday. The host was very friendly, the place was absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed and more. It’s a great spot, close to the city and Cataract Gorge - but also a great place to relax in.
