"Room was large and comfortable. The small kitchen was useful. Service was not frequent enough (only once in my 11 days stay). The reception has a person to talk too only a few hours each day. The location is just outside the interesting areas of Munich. It is formally Schwabing, but too far north, so no restaurants or bars around."

"Flawless property with everything in order: clean, quiet, comfortable, green surroundings. The owner is very nice and is paying great attention to detail. The one tiny thing I didn’t like is a slightly over-engineered Wi-Fi limited to 3Mb/1Mb, the owner helped me however resolve some difdiculties I had. I think you can purchase the “premium” Wi-Fi which would probably be faster, but I didn’t try that."

"Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ist dieses Hotel eigentlich ganz gut. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Tiefparterre Das geräumig war und sogar eine Kochnische Und etwas Geschirr hatte. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut, nur beim Frühstück war es etwas eng und die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß. Dafür war der Kaffee gut."

"The hotels downtown during Oktoberfest were very expensive. We chose this efficiency style apartment on the outskirts of town. It was new, comfortable, and modern. The train station was not walking distance, but very close, and a direct shot to Oktoberfest and downtown. A McDonalds, several bakeries, pubs, and a supermarket were close as well.
