"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in my life, and I have stayed in many luxury hotels. The experience was fantastic because of the family run nature of the hotel, where everyone who works there really cares that everything is just the way it needs to be. "

"It was a perfect location for us to explore Christmas market. We took a bus from the nearest station and the bus stop was happened to be almost right in front of the hotel. That was a nice surprise after a long international flight. The check in was a breeze and the front staff was very nice and we were able to checkin and get into our room before 3 as the room was already clean. The checkout went smoothly. We had a different staff and she was also so friendly. We didn’t choose breakfast option this time as we had another plan so I cannot comment on that. All in all, a fantastic stay!!! "
