"Location on hill. Tough to walk back up to. Was nice to be near Borghese Gardens though. Decor needs a MAJOR upgrade throughout. Concierge often couldn’t get us dinner or taxi reservations we wanted. "

Excellence Suites es Malto Bene!!! Awesome service

"The hotel is very nice and is in a great location right by Bernini Square. Trevi Fountain is close an you can walk there in 7-10min. Viviana and Andrea are absolutely fantastic hosts. Always there to help especially with booking transfers or ordering taxi etc. Tey really added to our experience with recommendations etc. Hotels.com canceled my reservation without even trying to charge my card and Viviana made it right and rebooked even during Jubile and with Pope up for a vote so it was busy. She is the absolute best. Very easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. "
