"The place was really clean and stocked up. There was a guide book that explained in more detail about Rockport. The place had stocked towels and blankets. The area was very quiet and nice. The place was a good size for us. There was plenty of silverware and dishes that we were able to use. We will definitely be back again."

"We enjoyed our time at Little Bay! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view was relaxing, and the location was perfect—right by the fishing pier with a front-facing water view. Plus, the pool and close proximity to the beach really added to our overall experience. "The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. But that is my only negative thing I can...
