"The staff ranged in their level of friendliness. Some were helpful and willing to help while others definitely made you feel like you were an inconvenience in asking questions. The area is a beautiful and was very easy to teach public transportation! "

"Hotels in the Netherlands can be pretty pricey, so we found a more budget-friendly one in Woerden. It’s doable to commute from there to Leiden, which was our pickup spot for Keukenhof. The receptionist could’ve been nicer when telling us which doors to use—there weren’t really any signs showing where to go in or out. Overall though, it’s a super quiet place in a residential neighborhood."
