"The Ranch House is a true double wide trailer. It has a lot of room very clean and quiet. The drive from Las Angeles was beautiful. The trailer is close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. The views from the porch were amazing!!!"

"Great for large group! Many bedrooms with plenty of beds in each! Great amenities (hot tub/pool/sauna) lots of options for entertainment. Lots of area to spread out in the home. Enjoyed the snack and coffee options. David was great at communication and easy to work with. Our group felt welcome and it was easy check in/out! We will definitely stay again if we need a large house in the Fresno area! "

"It smelled like old Christmas decorations. And it was not a subtle place to stay in my opinion. We walked in and decided we couldn’t stay because of the conditions. It is cool but should be a museum not a rental. We asked if there was anything else and were told no. We had to get another place to stay. Would not recommend. "
