"Whilst the hotel is a couple of miles from the city centre, the bus service was very good & right outside - the free voucher was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be better coffee in the room, either a nespresso machine (or similar) or even just coffee bags. "

"Clean, convenient hotel near Stansted, with a great bus service to the airport for £4, every half hour. Good breakfast included with a very practical early start (4 am!) for those Ryanair flights. "

"For the price, our room was reasonable. (£50 for one night) Could do with a bit of a refresh and maybe some spare pillows. Bed was reasonably comfortable and warm. Shower cubicle is a little small and the shower needs a bit more grunt, as it's a bit of a trickle (new washer in the handset would help). If you were staying for a few days, there's a little kitchenette between a couple of the rooms, arranged like a 2 room apartment. Had a fridge and microwave in our room too. Was clean and...
