"Though we ultimately enjoyed the stay, there were a few disappointments. No gym just exercise equipment in a corner. No lounge chairs or heater outside as pictured. No bar stools as pictured and the stairs leading down to the beach pictured were never found. Though I am a pet lover, I did not like the scent of pet when entering the front door. There was "a little something" in the master bathroom toilet that left a ring and because of the handle on the bathroom door there had to be assistance...

"This is a great property to rent. Everything is the home was extremely clean and the beds were comfy too. The neighborhood was very nice and there are restaurants and stores nearby. Transportation was super easy everywhere we went. You can easily get an Uber or Wemo car and we even walked a few blocks over and caught the Muni train. The host was easy to work with and responded to my questions thru the app with no issues. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was because the downstairs shower head...

"Location was ideal (less than 30 min from downtown SF). Plenty of room in the house (3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms). Kitchen had newer appliances (stove & refrig). Separate tv room downstairs (tri-level) was nice as well. One car garage and washer/dryer were a plus.Bathrooms were outdated though with leaky shower knobs. Did have ant intrusions several times in kitchen and living room. Initial check in process did not go as planned as door code given was incorrect and took 45 minutes to sort out."

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly."

"This was a lot bigger than it looked and a perfect set up for us and our son and DIL. We lived the beds and the closet space, bathrooms and kit hen. It was perfect for our needs. "
