"Comfortable apartment with lift and free parking "

"Amazing apartments … modern., clean, central location. Great facilities.. parking was fine .. I would recommend parking in the medium stay car by the car park which is free after 4pm and then at 8.30 am you can pay 5.90 for whole day and then free again after 4 and on Sundays. I will definitely be going back! "

"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

"It was advertised as a luxury apartment but it was only adequate. The “garden view” was a mess with weeds up to your knees and junk in piles . (I have pictures)"

"No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small…."

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"Lovely well-kept apartment in a central location. Easy to locate. Both paid and free parking available nearby. The small welcome hamper was a nice touch. However the flat doesn’t have a dishwasher. Also the sofa bed mattress a bit worn out as we could feel the springs! "

"We stayed at Sea Gem whilst visiting family in the UK. The whole process was very easy and the apartment was just what we needed. Very clean and plenty of space for the family. Just seconds from the high street and minutes from the beach it was the perfect location. We would absolutely recommend staying at Sea Gem and using Joanna as a host again."

"Ann and Colin were perfect hosts. So warm and friendly and even left a welcome basket full of thoughtful treats. Flat is so much better than the pictures portray. Spacious and equipped with everything you need for a stay in the area. Highly recommend. Very convenient for all the new forest walks. The grounds are delightful and the garden is stunning. Nice little area to sit and enjoy the sun. Although the flat is joined to the flat we felt we had privacy. Thanks again for a lovely stay....

"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"Beautiful stay, views were glorious, walks were amazing. The apartment was perfect, very clean, nice feeling inside, phenomenal decor. The hosts were lovely, meet and greet and showed us around, plus always there when needed. Will come back again."

"The property is amazing, perfectly clean and perfect in every way. It is just as advertised luxurious, every roomy with amazing big rooms finishes to a very high standard. Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. The best property i have stayed in ever and doubt i will find better. And a perfect host who replies to questions very quickly. Simply the best."
