"The black lady at the front desk was extremely rude!! She made my son put on a shirt while INSIDE the pool!!"

"I thought it was super cool they had a pretty big jacuzzi placed in the middle of the room. Really nice to get in after a cold day skiing. Odd that the room is carpeted next to the jacuzzi, but didn’t notice mold or a funky smell, so something is working. Nice location, we didn’t have a view from our room but we didn’t stay in the room long. Walking distance of a couple cool restaurants. Front desk, I believe his name was John was helpful and pointed us in the right direction of some good dinner spots and sent maintenance up very quickly when we had issues with the heating. Maintenance was able to turn the heating on quickly and we were happy little clams. "

"I love the customer Service all of the staff was very attentive! The help and accommodated all of my requests ! The room was clean however ever the bathtub was peeling and the shower handle was broken it came off in my hand so the room could use some maintenance and TLC the breakfast bar was fantastic! "

"Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Quiet. Quality breakfast with healthy choices. Parking is easy and safe. Comfortable bed and quality bed linens. I was completely satisfied with my 2 night stay. "
