"The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in allowing us to get into our room early. We had appointments that had a very large gap of time. If she hadn't let us in, we would have had to sit in a waiting room for several hours. She helped us on our check out and held our bags, as well. The hotel was very comfortable and I was very happy to be able to just walk down to the subway level to get to our appointments. "

"It was a great stay, I live in a neighboring city next to grand stay and this was my first experience there.. the room was the best I’ve been in in years. And I’m not the type of guy to even leave reviews but yeah the room I had was great! Highly recommend the executive suites! Staff was great and the place was low key and quiet and classy. Plus the breakfast was pretty good as well "
