We were thankful for rainy weather because we did not want to leave! It was about 20 min from everywhere we wanted to go (Strasburg, Lancaster, Lititz), the AC worked wonders during high temps (that were truly unheard of in mid-June in PA), everything was sparkling clean, and the owners met needs that we didn't even know we had. They provided not just linens and paper products, but also coffee, snacks, bottled water, toiletries, and more. There was frozen cookie dough in the freezer with instructions on baking, and let me tell you... They....

"The house looks just like the photos. Everything was neat and clean and the property was perfect for our young children. They loved the bunk beds and playing in the pond and we even had a chance to play with the fireflies all around the yard on our last night. If we ever came up this way again, we’d definitely book with this property."

"Property was as or better than advertised. Josh was extremely responsive to all of our questions (no issues just questions). Location was wonderful and quiet. Enjoyed morning and evening sitting on the front porch watching the activity on the river and the local eagle pair. Had a gathering of friends for a small get together and the side patio with fire pit made that very easy to entertain. We would definitely stay on this property again in our trips to PA for visits.
