This hotel is conveniently located across from an awesome shopping center with everything you’d need! There’s a Target, Whole Foods, and plenty of dining options (Chic Fila, PG Changs, Harvest, Cava, & more). It’s also pretty centrally located to the rest of Lancaster or even if you need to go to Lititz.

check in was odd, internet was down and I needed it to finish the days work since I ran from the office to get there. Then the first room never opened with the key we were given, then the key reader/maker was not working, so we had to be let into our room until it was resolved. The staff was great about it all but it was still annoying to be inconvenienced with our travel.

Was double booked WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT FOR TWO ROOMS. Hotel tried to charge me for two rooms! THAT IS ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT AND WONDER WHETHER IS COMPANY POLICY! Will lead to lawsuits at some point!
