"We arrived in the afternoon before a festival. Main street was closed, but we were still able to access the parking. Everything was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. There were restaurants and entertainment right outside. The only thing not in easy walking distance was a drugstore/CVS. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"When our roommates got to be a bit too much, we decided to escape over a long weekend. Picked this vrbo due to its (relative) proximity to hiking and its kitchen, and it was PERFECT. The hosts were amazingly nice and thoughtful. We brought our own baking ingredients and pans, but the kitchen had every kitchen utensil and pan you could want.Truly a lovely oasis to bake some cinnamon rolls in the mountains during a snowstorm.Thank you!"

We arrived at night and found no lights to guide us, making it difficult to locate where we were staying. The main house door was unlocked, and the back door was wide open, which raised concerns about security. Assuming the main house was our accommodation, we entered and walked through it. "This apartment is clearly a converted long-term rental as it is part if a multi-unit building. Kudos to the owner for finding a way to generate income, probably more than if it was rented out on a long term residential basis. So, good for vacationers and close proximity to Shenandoah national park. ( One wonders how the long-term residence of the building feel about their rotating neighbors.) We never saw another soul on this building, but it has a nice location with easily walkable stores and...
